Interior painting starting @ $149/room
- Minimum 2 rooms.
- Free quotes 7 days a week. (can sometimes do with photos if you like)
- Includes two coats.
- We do great work. Our lines look great and we tape where needed. We cover all your floors and furniture and clean up when we are done and it looks like we were never there. (Except the paint job)
- Bathrooms-add $70
- You only pay when we are finished. ( materials are up front though)
- This includes small nail holes that can be simply caulked. (larger holes: $5-20)
- Small fee to move and cover or remove and replace furniture. (depends on how much. Typically $20-$40/room)
- $15 each to remove and replace window coverings. (per covering)
- Trim and baseboards painting- 2 Coats. $1.40 a linear foot. Plus paint. A 12′ x 12′ room typically will have about 70-80 feet of trim.
- Closets are typically $50-$125
- Interior Doors (and closet doors) – 2 coats. $35 per side. We remove or tape all hardware.
- Picking up paint- $60 (We never mark up any paint we purchase. If we get a discount, YOU get a discount. We get 20% discount on Behr paint at Home Depot)
- Owner is on every job. Nobody will be at your home that is smoking, drinking or doing drugs. Just fast, dependable friendly service.
- Ceilings are $.90 a square foot. We supply the paint. 2 coats.

Exterior Painting
Exterior painting jobs starting at $1000 Plus paint.
For single story homes up to 1300 square feet. $1.00 a square foot after that. So, a 2000 square foot (8 foot ceilings)
Would be an extra $700 or $$1700 plus paint. 1 Coat is usually good on stucco with good paint. To add a second coat: add 50% On the 1300 square foot example the second coat would be $450 (1 coat will typically be enough with light colors) If your house needs primed or sealed we will let you know up front.
Important Note:
*Includes basic power washing
* Exterior doors are $80 per side. 3 coats. 1 primer , and 2 coats. We tape or remove all hardware, weather stripping and sand between coats. Garage man doors are $40 per side.
*soffits are extra. (typically $200-300 for 1300 sq. foot house)
* This is to do a great job. Drop cloths over plants, tape around outside boxes and windows, no paint where it shouldn’t be and no missed spots.
*Garage Door- Prime and two coats. $80
